Job description for

The candidate we are looking for: 

• will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and evolution of SACMI's "Other Applications" domain, consisting of non-Enterprise applications such as Departmental, Documental, Legacy Applications, Web/intranet Applications, etc, 
• will manage the IT team of specialists, analysts and developers to design or transform the individual application components and the information flows between them to equip the business with solutions suitable to a technically updated and performing application ecosystem,
• will support the digital transformation and process redesign according to the most modern methodologies of organization and development.

Education

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or an equivalent STEM degree and has more than 6/8 years of experience in managerial roles in the IT sector, developed in structured and international contexts, in industrial or consulting environments.

Candidate skills

Must have

• Expertise in BPML methodologies (Business Modeling) e technological transformation,
• Expertise in Custom Legacy Applications to Cloud Applications transformation (knowledge of DevOps & Container technologies),
• Senior Expertise in managing complex HR-IS projects (users, processes and geographic scope) in manufacturing contexts, 
• Seniority in IT Demand Planning process management, the transformation of business needs into project portfolio and Roadmap Applicative design, 
• Expertise in budgeting and reporting IT Expenses, 
• Leadership in complex and multicultural Team management,
• Proficiency in English,
• Significant expertise in project management and complex project management,
• Significant expertise in the UI/UX area,
• Knowledge of one Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, etc.),
• Senior Expertise as developer (multi-language, C++, PHP, HTML, etc.).

Nice to have

• Expertise in managing complex CRM projects, web design and customer/supplier portal & intranet redesign projects and SCM/WMS projects (users, processes and geographic scope) in the manufacturing context,
• Expertise in interfacing techniques, flow optimization and operational management between core HR, CRM, ERP tools and departmental applications.
